Celebrate the greenest Halloween yet.

On October 24th on the Upper West Side you can join an old-fashioned Halloween celebration in a green suit.:

  • live music and entertainment
  • carnival games
  • stilt walkers
  • side show performers
  • costume contest
  • Haunted House
  • Farmer’s Market
  • celebrity chefs at the grill
  • the yummiest food and freshly-baked goods that UWS has to offer.

This year the PS 166′s Big Green Halloween is aiming for the greenest event so far.

The parent organized festival takes place West 89th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues.

On Saturday, October 24th, 2009 from 11:00am to 5:00pm  (rain date October 25th)

  • This sounds like a great idea. Loads of great entertainment for the kids and it also help bring people together in the community.

I was just scouting around the internet for ideas for this halloween can came across your site.

We are pretty halloween crazy around here and are always looking for new things to add to the day and evening to make it more enjoyable and different year to year for the kids.

Hopefully we will all enjoy and safe and fun Halloween this year
