		<description>I&#039;m not sure how you can differentiate a &quot;green&quot; restaurant from a vegetarian or vegan one really. Because of the pollution caused in the production of all meat, eating veggie / vegan food is obviously more environmentally friendly that eating meat anyway (even if it&#039;s organic or grass-fed). Therefore, I think that all meat-free restaurants should be considered more &quot;green&quot; than any of their counterparts who serve meat on the menu, regardless of the source of that meat.</description>
