  • Hot Mai Tai at Dutch Kills: rum, curacao, and orgeat syrup topped with hot water, whipped heavy cream, and amaretto liqueur. 27-24 Jackson Ave., Long Island City.
  • Red Hot Ale at L’Ecole: Belgian amber ale, cognac, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters, heated with a red-hot poker. 462 Broadway.
  • Mulled Wine at The Spotted Pig: 314 W. 11th St.
  • Tom & Jerry at Bar Henry: Brandy, bourbon, eggs, brown sugar, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, and whole milk, steamed with an espresso machine. 90 W. Houston St.
