March 27 – April 10 is the 2011 date for Macy’s annual flower show at Macy’s Herald Square, New York.
The featured gardens this year are Antebellum Garden inspired by the American Southeast, Japanese Garden, Tropical Garden, Hydrangea Garden and a Desert Garden.
By now most of us are ready for spring and you can bring the spring inside with an indoor garden. You don’t need a lot of space, just a window with sunlight.
Watch Patti Moreno as she builds an indoor garden and then plants the seeds.

Gardening is one of the things that children should be taught about.. it’s actually fun and they could definitely learn a lot from it.. who knows, once they grew up they’d have a garden in their backyard because they enjoyed it when they were still young

I think it’s a garden with the help of garden seeds easily when it is difficult to grow because it is wrong, the young plants the seed is used. I went to the Macy’s flower show last year and it was simply amazing! I had no idea what I was in for, worth the stop in if you are in NYC.
Oh I can remember for this show, it was simply amazing! I liked the Desert Garden most. The Japanese Garden was a bit packed though nice flowers there too. I kinda start regretting that I missed this years Macy’s flower show.
