Financier Bernard Madoff was moved out of a New York lockup on Monday. According to anonymous sources, he is on his way to the Butner federal prison in North Carolina to begin serving his 150-year sentence. The Bureau of Prisons does not discuss transfers until prisoners reach their destination.
